These terms apply to recurring FitFood meal-plan subscriptions purchased through fitfood.ae.
Meal-plan service
FitFood sells recurring meal plans rather than individual meals. Menu items may change when ingredients are unavailable, while dietary exclusions recorded on the order will be respected using the available meal variants.
Subscription and payment
The price, billing interval and included meals are shown before checkout. By paying, you authorise recurring charges at the displayed interval until cancellation. A renewal must be paid before meals for the new period are released to production.
Delivery and customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, access and delivery information. Delivery dates, time windows and change cutoffs shown during checkout or in your account apply. Failed delivery caused by inaccessible or incorrect details may require redelivery charges.
Changes, pause and cancellation
Available subscription controls appear in your account. A cancellation scheduled for period end stops future renewals while already-paid service continues. Changes requested after an operational cutoff may apply to the following delivery period.
Food safety and allergens
Ingredient and allergen information is provided to help customers make informed choices. Meals are prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens; customers with severe allergies should contact FitFood before ordering.
